Camping World shares are down 53% year-to-date after falling 18% in 2024 and 54% in 2025, while Neighborhood Intelligence has dropped 66% this year after an 82% decline in 2024 and a 9% rebound in 2025. Protos reported that Neighborhood Intelligence traded at an all-time low on Tuesday. The pressure goes beyond share prices. Neighborhood Intelligence, which operates Overstock, buybuy BABY, Container Store, and Bed Bath & Beyond, reported a second-quarter net loss of $39.5 million, with cash falling from $175 million in December to $99 million by June 30. The company has started closing dozens of stores, saw its CFO leave on Monday, and has now lost two merger deals, including one with Fathom Holdings. It said it does not expect to pursue more acquisitions. Camping World is also under strain. The company reported a 16.4% drop in new vehicle unit sales and a 21% decline in adjusted EBITDA in the second quarter, then cut its full-year EBITDA forecast by 17%. It has paused its dividend, faces a class action lawsuit, plans to cut $50 million in payroll costs, and is considering refinancing options.20
